A very short and easy hike on the National Day because we have another one in the evening to watch the fireworks in style.
The tittle says it all: We will climb the Widdebierg from Roodt-sur-Syre, contemplate the view, perhaps have a little picnic and go home to get ready for the evening.

There are trains every half an hour and the trip from Luxembourg takes 22 minutes. There is also plenty of buses.
We meet at Roodt-sur-Syre train station by 11:05.
