Lux Kilt Walk 2022 (42 km)

Freedom Luxembourg and Hiking & Mountaineering Luxembourg join their forces to support the Lux Kilt Walk 2022.
The Kilt Walk is a charitable event with origins in Scotland. The idea is to encourage people to donate to their favourite charities, go for a (long) walk and have a pint in a cheerful and friendly environment.
We will walk from Clausen to Mersch and back wearing kilts (not compulsory but wholeheartedly recommended).
We will have lunch in Mersch. Bring enough food and water, comfortable walking shoes and appropriate gear for the weather (a kilt is ideal for walking in all seasons and weathers).
Also bring some cash for the beer and the charitable raffles and merchandising.
We will start from the Pyg at 9 AM and we expect to be back around 6 PM. The party will continue until midnight or so.
This is a charitable event. Let’s make the life of the organisers easy. Be on time, register if you are coming, de-register as soon as possible if you cannot make it and do your best to stay sober till the evening.
