Manderscheid: Of castles and craters (25 km hike)

Along the Eifel Trail there are a number of lakes of volcanic origin, as they are actually craters. On this first expedition to the area, we will explore the Meerfelder Maar and the Windsborn Kratersee, for they are the closest to Luxembourg. We will also take advantage from this trip to visit both castles in Manderscheid.
