Parc National de la Vallée de la Semois à Bouillon (20 km hike)

As spring approaches, let’s take hiking to the next level. This is a hike of extraordinary beauty that comes highly recommended by insider tips.

Indeed, the valley of the Semois was declared National Park in December 2022 and Bouillon is a very picturesque village with an impressive castle.

I have shortened the original hike to 20 km in order to make sure we would catch the bus as well as to make it accessible to everyone.

Getting there by public transport from Luxembourg requires taking the 9:11 train from Luxembourg to Libramont and then bus number 8 to Bouillon at 10:13. To return there is a bus to Libramont at 6 PM that arrives 10 minutes before the departure of the train to Luxembourg.
